The sensitivity boost kicked in around day three, which honestly surprised me since I expected it to take much longer. I've been taking one crystal orally each morning and my natural moisture is noticeably better. My partner even commented that things taste sweeter, so that's a win.

Took these for about two weeks before I noticed anything, but the difference in natural moisture is real. I use them orally in the morning and it's become part of my routine now.

I was skeptical about trying these, but I’ve been using them for a week and the difference in natural moisture is noticeable. They dissolve smoothly when taken orally, and the heightened sensitivity definitely made things more exciting. A lovely little addition to our routine.
